can't create workflow - sharepoint designer 2007

  I'm getting the same error in Sharepoint Designer 2007, failed to load workflow. Anyone have the answer yet

  Hey, I've been doing caught by this and found a guy who sussed a good bit out here

  then I found out some more by accident that fixed my particular problem. basically, you get this error if there are any problems with instantiating the activity or accessing the dependencyproperties. Shame it's not a bit more meaningful, or even logged anywhere. It's just a rubbish error that means that something in the dll doesn't work. I've blogged it here:

  I am also getting this error. I get just the "Failed to load the workflow" error in SPD 2007; there are no errors to be found in the MOSS 2007 logs or locally in event logs. Is there any way I can turn on detailed logging for SPD 2007 to capture more information about this error That or is there somewhere SPD 2007 logs to by default besides the event log

  I have the same problem out of the box. I have installed the .NET v3 framework and get a 'list of workflow actions on the server references an assembly that does not exist' type message. When I click OK I then get the same error.

  I am currently trying to research a meaningful research to this problem.
