VPN Windows server 2003 Certification Authority

I need to make a remote access for a Windows XP client using a VPN to my windows 2003 server R2 based domain.

The thing is I want to use certificates, and I need help for this configuration. How shall I setup the server so that it promts the user with a certification message when trying to log in the domain

    Well I am sure that if we are crafty enough, we can figure out how to use SharePoint for this :-)
