After developing my workflows with SharePoint Designer 2007 B2TR, I upgraded to SharePoint Designer 2007 RTM. After that and on more than one installation, workflow conditions would not propogate. That is the drop down would appear, but the selected condition would not appear on the workflow designer.
Repair install of all components, Asp.Net 2.0, 3.0, and SPD didnot fix it. And to make matters worse, attempts to roll back to B2TR failed with "Cannot install over pre-release version" error, even though I unistalled RTM both with the installer, and manually deleting from the drive and registry.
Has anyone else seen this problem I am stuck in the middle of a project using an old laptop with the B2TR bits to complete the workflows.

Workflow condtions don't work with SharePoint Designer 2007 RTM

We fixed it. We found that there was no issue when another user logged onto the same workstation. That is when a seperate user that had not used SPD B2TR logged on and went to open a Workflow, the conditions worked. So I deleted my profile (We are on a domain), and then logged on again and there were no issues.
Reccomend that instead of a complete deletion, maybe try delete appropiate files in the Local Settings Folders within the profile.
Also make sure to unistall ALL Office 12 related betas, including VSTO, etc...

I'm having the same problem, though at least I know now that rolling back to B2TR will be a waste of time.
I also noticed that it throws an error when you close a perfectly valid workflow saying: '(0, 0) Activity 'ID34' validation failed: Can not find the condition "__Rule_ID34".)'
There is obviously a bug or two here that need addressing urgently.
Luckily I have VMWare so I can load B2TR on an XP instance on there.
When you're working on a big project for the top directors of a FTSE 50 company, you don't need this kind of hassle.

Could be. I thought I tried a clean install on a clean system, but I will try again.
Thanks
