How to test Search result cache sharepoint sites?

i have tried for many ways to create different items with different persmission with some user don't have persmission try to search result for persmission item to non persmission user accsess but result came out wrong. it will show me non authorised item to unauthorised users.

then how to check cache search in sharepoint site or how to understood particular site caching search results which is bypasses to unauthorised users
