WorkFlow Reports

Hi,

I am new to SharePoint. I had a 2 basic question in WF.

In Workflow Reports, Can we customize to add custom fields of our choice

Is there any xsl which I can apply on top of the Report.xml for viewing the same

If there is any good material around WF reports and other SharePoint WF QoS stuff I will be appreciative if posted here.
