Creating User-Service mapping

Hi,

When creating User-Service map, we need to specify UserID and Service ID for ReadUserServiceMappingRequest.

I am not sure from where we get the values for UserID and Service ID .

Is the UserID same as any userID specified in any of the user profile already created

Is ServiceID same as the binding key of the service as stored in Service catalog

Can anyone explian
