Please do submit the item again. We are still stabilizing after our release yesterday and tying up a few loose ends.

I just got one too (for my text-to-speech Say It! gadget), but it is still there. The gallery team did a new code drop the other day and this is probably just a weird by product. I wouldn't worry about it.
