Reporting bugs in Windows Media Services (when not a Connect member)

Hi,

I don't know if is the best place to ask this. I'm currently developing a web app and windows media application on Vista Beta 2, which was downloaded via MSDN Subscription. Where is a good place to submit bugs/problems found in the Media Services I'm not currently a member of Microsoft Connect.

Is there a Vista Windows Media Services location somewhere on one of the microsoft sites where i could submit the problem

For information, the bug concerns the limit bandwidth feature on a Windows Media Services publication point. By default, after creating the PP, the bandwidth limit is unlimited. However, when this is set to a figure (28, or 56k or something other than unlimited) - the Windows Media Player clients cannot play a stream
