broadcast video with delay

Hi everybody.

Is possible with Windows streaming media server broadcast a video from my TV card with few hours delay and after broadcasting erasing continuously the video data from my hard drive to keep enough space for next coming broadcasting

Just like nonstop live broadcasting with say 5 hours delaying.

I need stream video to one other computer only.
