Playing FLV (instead of WMV) in Stream.

Hi,

I recently added a new site to the net ( www.doorcenter.co.il ) the site is currently using streaming to play a wmv movie.

i want to be able to let the visitors to control the movie (PLAY/StOP) but not while pushing the right mouse key; i want them to see a PLAY button on the movie itself. just like YOUtube's flash movie.

do you have any idea how i can make it with WMV or there is now other option but usinf FLV !
