Where can I find this?

So, you know the Feed Headlines gadget that comes with Vista I am wanting to change it to be able so you can choose a site other than one owned by Microsoft.

Where can I find the gadget files for the Feed Headlines gadget

You don't need to change it. Just add your own feeds in Internet Explorer and then selected them in the Gadget!
