How to change system alert language?

I have got a WMV-HD sample disc and it plays well on my computer.
I copy it in my harddisk and start to change disc.js code
When I write an error code in disc.js , it will show an alert message window.
It's ok, but now it is simple-chinese, How can I change it to be traditional-chinese
