Create an AVI file by using ICSeqxxxx functions. How can I do?

Can I amake an AVI file from a series bitmap images by using the follow funtions:

--ICSeqCompressFrameStart()
--ICSeqCompressFrame()
--ICSeqCompressFrameEnd()
--ICxxxxxx.......

If yes, can you show me the way to do
