I'm finding myself unable to achieve 100% utilization on all threads of the PEP (pepworker.exe). I have created our own in house PEP manager to facilitate the current process of executing pepworker.exe on all the workers and it is pretty elegant. Further, I'm taking snapshots every second of the CPU utilization, RAM usage and any swap in use. The following link is a snapshot of the workers:

I must ask though, is everyone else's results similar to mine Is anyone pegging their VC-1 workers
