AACS protection has been hacked

I don't like to be the party pooper but I heard the news today that the AACS copy protection  for HD DVD has been hacked. I'm completely pro HD DVD, so I don't like this news one bit . Could this mean a serious threat to HD DVD already
BD uses AACS too so I hope it's just a matter of (little) time, so BOTH formats are back to square one.
Hopefully the HD DVD specs can still be reviewed to fix this problem...

This is not the forum to discuss AACS.

Nevertheless, as Andy has said AACS was not hacked.

There is no change to AACS.

I affraid by last information about AACS hack.
Now they know when they can read the "title key", "volume key" and "media key disc"!!!!!!!
It is not only titles keys.

I understand that all HD DVD sell now can be hacked!!!!! We pay a expensive price
(to have the encryption and by disc replicate) for AACS when we will sure that the revocation
is available to replicate our HD DVD. I think our HD DVD project will be in "stand by"
to wait the new AACS protection on HD DVD replicator.

To be strictly accurate it is a few title keys that have been hacked. AACS itself remains un-hacked. AACS already has the necessary provisions to stop newer titles from working on the hacked player, via player revocation.

    No news

When the new encryption (new key and new protection) will be available.
