as below picture :
I mean can we create this using macro.When someone try logon wrong can't get in.

Hi,
Access has this sort of feature built in. Its called Workgroups. If you look in the toolbar under Tools->Security->Workgroup Administrator... this will let you create users and groups for accessing the database in a similar way to creating users and groups for Windows. When a user opens the database they are prompted for a password.

Im not sure if you want to use VBA !
You can create a Form in MS Access and use it as a default.
