HTML Reoport Output Includes Vertical Scrollbar

Using vfp9 report output to html. Finding that report field controls that are set to "stretch with overflow" include a vertical scrollbar (even though displaying entire contents of the field).

Has anyone experienced this and/or found a way to eliminate the scrollbars
