Limitations of ApplicationSettingsBase in ClickOnce applications

Hi, when reading some of the MSDN documentation for using ApplicationSettingsBase there are parts that say for non-clickonce applications certain things are possible, but never gets into specifics of what is possible in ClickOnce applications.

Could someone please list any of the limitations of using ApplicationSettingsBase with a ClickOnce application.
