I'm looking for a toolkit that does something similar to visio, ie drag and drop diferent objects and then connect them, either a toolkit or an example... or at the very least give me an idea of where to start...
so far what I'd been thinking was to create a couple of user controls and a couple of interfaces, but what I have no idea is the arrow drawing part (it's a project do draw and simulate petri nets)
