Creating a machine account in sub domain

Hello,

I have a probleam in creating a machine account in subdomain lets say,

I have user in dept.mycompany.com and the user belongs to account operatiors group in active directory. I wanted to create a machine account using the user account in sales.dept.mycompany does anybody got idea how to do that.
