I'm going to assume your not trying to find a free book, and you just want one to carry around with you on your computer after paying for it...
Check apress.com for "Pro C# 2005 and the .NET 2.0 Platform". It's a decent book, and it comes in both hard and eBook formats.
If you purchase the book, you can get the eBook for free, which is great!
My personal book of choice is not out in "eBook" yet, but "C# 2.0 The Complete Reference" is a great book IMHO. After reading 5 other resources on delegates and events, Herbet Schildt's book nailed it on the head for me.
