I want to use in my program an object that can read any kind of files (Autocad,PDF..), is it possible to do that with C#

By using the right library to decode the files, yes. AutoCAD is tough, visit the Open Design Alliance for their DWGDirect library. PDF is easier, lots of Open Source projects.
