*URGENT* Visual Studio C# 2005 Express won't run anymore

After using Visual Studio C# 2005 Express Edition for over a year, it is suddenly demanding that I register anew.
Unfortunately, I am once again unable to get a registration key, since the validation email is NOT sent.
The old registration key that I got from a Microsoft employee, Kathy Amadio, is not accepted. Her email address is no longer valid and her website has disappeared.
 
Can someone help me here

PS: I don't need explained how to ask for a registration key. I know how to ask, I have done it many, many times. Each time I get the message that one is sent to me. But nothing is sent.

    Perhaps you should create a hotmail account and get it sent to that

    Ah, back in after all. It only worked after I created a new forum member. Very weird.

    Unfortunately, creating a hotmail account killed my existing Microsoft account so a.o. I can no longer login normally here..

    I think a cookie "remembers" who you were last logged in as. I sometimes have to explicitly log out (using the "Sign Out" button at the top left of this web page) when I want to switch accounts.
