Can any plz tell how to make only parent nodes as bold and want to
increase the size for TreeView. Even I want to make some child nodes as
bold

The .NETCF control doesn't support per-node formatting, the same font is applied to all nodes. It is possible there is a third-party custom drawn tree control but I'm not aware of one.
