Problem in calling DllGetClassObject in main class of Smart phone

IS there any difference in calling DllGetClassObject method in smartphone then pocket pc.

I have a application in which pocket pc version call DllGetClassObject while smartphone doesn't

I edited calling card sample in sdk.When I run this application DllGetClassObject get called in both version.

What could be the problem
