Unable to edit public profile !! from anywhere
I have been getting this error from the get go, 6 months no resolution. I have also been tiring to access the profile page from windows live messenger same error. Windows live messenger has all info correct but does not seem to be connecting to Spaces correctly or at all. From what I understand Spaces and Windows live messenger profiles should have the same public profile info. Spaces.live does not pull profile information from WLM as it should. My conclusion: The problem may be with an older batch of MSN ID's and info were corrupted during the conversion to spaces. Msn reported this conversion as successful and broke their arm patting themselves on the back
FYI I requested credit from my DSL provider who offered MSN at a bundel price and GOT IT !! I suggest you do the same.
The non existent support is as I said non existent.
