Window get's "hang" when I start my computer

Hello guys

I have installed windows XP a few days ago now I have got a problem, and the problem is that

" When I start my computer the system gets hang. The window is loaded completely but mouse and keyboard doesn't work."

I am suferring from this problem for the last 2 days. Please send me a solution
