i am wondering if there is a app can do the following job
the app will automatically record the chat log between when i type start until i type end.and then app will automatically put the recorded chat log into a CRM system.(eg: siebel)i meant that app will automatically create a case in the CRM system so that recorded chat log will be put into the case.
in the future,i can find the related chat log when to type the case id in the CRM system.
