Aerial View Show Labels error

Ever since the new version of the Map Control was released I've encountered a strange issue whilst displaying the aerial view of any location.

Using the V3 version of the map control if the show labels checkbox is ticked whilst viewing the aerial view all I get is a black screen and I ened to untick the check box to show the aerial view.

Using the V4 version of the map control, as there is no option to choose "Show Labels" the aerial view is displayed automatically, although I currently get other issues related to this version of the map control.

I was wondering if there's any one else encountering this, or is it just my machine that's affected
