I noticed that my Dell Axim PDA X51v ((fairly new) stopped receiving my Calendar & Contact updates last week. I was using Active Sync 4.0 at that time. I upgraded to Active Sync 4.2 and now get the error message about "Support Code: 86000108". Outlook 2003 will not synchronize my Calendar & Contacts lists unless I have Outlook open and active. Then Active Synch doesn't automatically synchronize changes that occur within Outlook such as meeting cancellations or additions (same with Contacts), unless I perform a manual synchronization.
I'm not sure if the problem is within Active Synch or within Outlook 2003. I have another desktop that is running Outlook 2003 and an older Dell Axim X3 with Active Sync 3.7 that is working fine.
