URGENT: map control licensing

hi all,

i recently read a lot of articles about map control on "viavirtualearth.com" and started my first map project. i must say it has the easiest API i have ever used :) now the question, i want to use this map control in a website that im developing for my client. is there any licensing issues involved for the required JS file im using following code:
<script src="http://dev.virtualearth.net/mapcontrol/v4/mapcontrol.js"></script>

i just want to know whether it is free to use this control in commerical sites or not

Yes, it is currently in free beta trial but later on Microsoft will make it a licensing product. That being said, commercial sites are currently taking advantage of the free beta but keep in mind it will not last forever

Also I would recommend that if your interested in using Virtual Earth long term and want information on licensing, that you get in contact with a Microsoft BDM (Business development Manager). They can give you more details on pricing as well as contract information
