Most of the problems that people encouter are from emulator, my problem is actually on the device itself. I'm using T-Mobile Dash with Windows Mobile 5.0.
Everytime I try to connect to webservice from my mobile phone I'm getting similar error I guess like everyone else... Connection could not be established to the Network . I have no problem accessing WSDL page from IE using GPRS or EDGE.
The webservice call is very simple call (HelloWorld)
Is there any other settings I should check

Are you using the default T-Zones connection - wap.voicestream.com They might have some filters for the wap connection. Try to change your gateway to the internet2.voicestream.com.
