have pockey pc with windows ce 3.0
i designed application to it with sqlce on visual studio 2003
when execute it on pocket it doesn't open or give error message like load exeption conection error
but it execute in emulator

There is no support of SQL Mobile in .NETCF 1.0 i.e. VS 2003. You should use VS 2005 to do any data programming using SQL Mobile.
