I have gone through the URL suggested by you. I didnt find any solution except as solution for this was complex to do. Can you plz tell me whether is there any solution for this or not

There's no simple solution with NETCF DataGrid, only "complex" one. Anyway, if NETCF’s DataGrid does not work for you, you can try 3rd party products.
