I appreciate that this forum is not for support, but I can't find where to go for help with this question:
My PC is running XP Pro, SP2. It started as SP1 but I manually upgraded it using Win Update. Now I'm trying to equip the PC for remote access - web-based. The procedure (add Windows component Remote Deskoip Web Connection) requires me to insert "the XP Pro SP2 CD." I don't have an SP2 CD, and it doesn't work with my SP1 CD, and so I'm stuck.
Who can tell me how to get around this, please
