The official rules state that:
"Potentially winning Participants will be so notified via e-mail the week of on or about the week of October 15, 2006, (based on the contact information provided and maintained by Participants on the Site), subject to verification and acceptance as specified in these Rules."
It is of course possible that I am not a potentially winning Participant (although I hope I actually am), but the rules also state:
"In addition, Contest Prize winners will be posted on the Site on or about October 15, 2006. "
I haven't seen or heard anything about the results of the contest. Has anybody got news about it I would like to know what is happening, because the judging period is really taking long now.

Actually, I'm still waiting for the prize I won with the bonus round.
The bots have to be online untill November 15th. So I hope to see some final results before the 15th of November.

The judging is still taking place. Yes, it's taking longer than we expected...
We have four judges, of which two are essentially done and two are powering through those remaining items. My goal is to have the judging done by the end of the week, and then have Gage finalize the results. Out of all this comes the annoucement on all of the prizes (grand, 1st, 2nd, 3rd & users choice) and the bonus prizes from earlier in the contest.

I could see where judging could be delay. Most of our bots are having serious down time with the problems everyone seems to be experience. It's weird that out of no where this started happening. One of the things I was thinking also is it probably takes time to update the web site with the contest results.

Yeah it's a bit worrying, my main concern is that I haven't seen much evidence of judging going on either, so I dunno if they've even started.
I'm also waiting for my bonus contest prize.
From the amount of threads discussing messenger problems, they might be swamped with those or simply wish to wait until messenger works 100% correctly to give a fair judgement.
