Memory insufficient on Mobile 5.0 emulator

I try to follow the way u mention and increse the memory size. After i launch the emulator again the memory in the emulator still the same.

You can not reconfigure the memory at runtime.

But you can increase the memory while/before launching the emulator. If you launching emulator via hand, then use /memsize option. Else if you are using Visual Studio 2005 please use Tools->Options->Device Tools-><Emulator Name>->Emulator options.

    Hope this helps.

I try to clear the save state , it still not working. Im using Windows mobile 5.0 emulator, what you mean by send the command line using which emulator is launched
  • Old Fart

Do you have the save-state If yes, please remove that and try again. If that doesn't work out please send the command line using which emulator is launched.
  • jph_problem

Run from a command-line instead of explorer passing it the PID of the process.

No it should not be related to that.

Unless you can tell me what is the command-line using which emulator was launched, it is difficult for me to figure out the issue. Please let me know the same.

In My process explorer, there is a DevicesEmulator.exe and dvcemumanager.exe running.

I have try out for windows mobile 2003, its work well the memory size is increase accordingly what i type in while the windows mobile 2005 cannot, the memory still remain.

By command-line i mean find out using what command-line emulator was launched. You can try using process explorer for that.
