In start -->setting-->system-->memory--> runing program [For Pocket PC]
In start -->setting-->I cant find system link [For smartphone ]

You could use the Remote Process Viewer Tool shipped with Visual Studio 2005.
You should find the tools here: C:\Program Files\CE Remote Tools\5.01\bin
