  I guarantee Ilya or another MSFT-ie is going to lock this, and point you to the manufacturer for support. the Treo 700w emulator isn't provided by, nor supported by, MS.

  it sounds like a provisioning issue with the treo emulator. either check with the manufacturer, or try the pocket pc newsgroups.

  One thing is clear.I am developing for windows mobile 5.0 devices.I have developed a version of my application for smart phone as well as pocket pc.Treo 700w is one of the devices which our client is going to be use.I think this is the best possible forum where I should get my answer thats why i have posted my question here.
