Error Message while in Video Call

Ok, I will try this since I have yet to get an email back from MSN windows live messenger. For several months I have been getting this error message while in a video call:

"Windows Live Messenger has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." then in that same box it says A "if you are in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost. PLEASE TELL MICROSOFT ABOUT THIS PROBLEM!

I get the problem and not my sister who is who I am on video call with. I freeze with that message and she can still hear me and see me, but I am completely frozen on my screen! I did everything I was told to do, but it still is happening. I have sinced emailed them with the answers to their questions and even sent Connectivity logs to them and I still haven't heard anything and I still am having a lot of trouble! PLEASE Tell me I am not wasting my time with this or I will probably scream. The newest problem is I keep trying to email MSN/microsoft with a new connectivy log and I get it returened saying that the email is too big for thier server! Come on, this is freaking Microsoft what a load. I hope someone can help as I am at my wits end with this whole thing.
