UDP communication from mobile 5.0 to desktop

Hi ,

can any one give me details how to configure mobile 5.0 emulator with Virtual Switch driver so that UDP communication is take place.

and ActiveSync-over-RNDIS details from where i can download it

Since my current configuration is visual studio 2005 and windows mobile 5.0 SDK and Active Sync 4.2 . For this configuration what setting is required.
