Help Me Please!!!!

HEY CAN SOMEONE PLZ HELP! I've tried everything and I can't seem to get my pictures to upload... I even downloaded Mozilla Firefox and it worked for one picture but then it keeps saying problem loading So WTF Grrr... I've been seaching the net for all kinds of different methods of going about this but nothing seems to help... I'm getting so frustrated. Can someone please help me thanks
