Cannot receive incoming calls

Hello All

Cannot solve a problem for a long time. I want to intercept incoming voice/data calls on PocketPC and SmartPhone. Everything works fine except behavior of standard answering module.

When application calls lineAnswer standard phone application disconnects the call. I have found some solution for PocketPC - I can kill phone process during call and run it again after call is answered, but this does not work on smartphones, because I cannot kill the Phone process.

Please, give me some advice on howto resolve this.
