Accessing WebService From Behind ISA

I'm trying to access a webservice in Windowsapplication using VS.net 2003 from a network with a ISA server proxy. When I add a webreference to any webservice I get the following error

The request failed with HTTP status 403: Forbidden
( The ISA Server denies the specified Uniform Resource Locator (URL). ).

At this point I'm convinced that ISA Server is the Devil!!!

    Can you view the web service in your web browser I'm wondering if maybe this would be better posted in an ISA forum rather than a web services forum.

    I have the same problem and I can view the web service in the browser from behind the ISA server, but error (http error 403: forbidden) when I access the service through my VB.NET Windows application.
