Hello!,
We are using Visual Studio.NET 2003 with .Net Framework 1.1. The server is windows 2003 server SP1.
I want to know If we have to upgrade to VS.NET 2005 and .Net Framework 2.0/3.0. If yes, how do I do it.
VS.NET 2003 works fine with our needs, but I don't see much of VS.NET 2003 nowadays.
Please suggest.
Thanks,
Krishna.

Do I need to Upgrade to .Net Framework 2.0

VS.NET2005 has added avdvantages like simulators.
if u are working on embedded systems, then VS.NET 2005 will be helpful.
and it has many new validators and controls which helps to creat some forms easily.

No, no one is forcing you to upgrade (unless if you want to develop on Vista).
