i would like to give more permissions to my standard user.

is it possible to create a user that have some of admin rights in windows vista

    i tried to do that, but i am giving all of the admin rights to the user

    is there a way to disable some of the admin rights .

    my requirement is that a standard user should be able to install a software .In windows vista only admin can do that,if standard user tries to do that it will prompt for admin id and password. i don't want to give admin id and password .
