How can I force the home page I want?

There is a group policy that doesn't seem to work. When you enable the "disable changing home page settings," it gives you an option to enter the URL you want IE to have, but it doesn't work.

Any ideas of how to accomplish this

    3rd party tools can solve this. If I'm not wrong, Desktop Authority from Scriptlogic has an option to apply ie settings (including home page) to users. This tool operates with use of logon scripts (kix based) and you can be free from possible gp troubles.
