I am using Visusal Studio 2005 Professional and developing a Winform application using Visual C#.
My task is to developed a service, which will show a UI to user [according to date/time stored in MySQL database] and display information. Probably, I wish to add feature to update information displayed.
Is it possible to create such service in visual C# for winform application I don't really have idea how to start with. Could anybody help
