Version 02.06.6000.5414, XP SP2, Office 2003. When I install on this device WDS does not recognize outlook is installed. It indicates it will close outlook during the install but does not close it. Then when going to indexing options I choose Custom folders and e-mail locations and then select My Email it says outlook is not installed on this computer. I have checked all the things in help and do not see what the problem is. Outlook was set to use multiple profiles with no default. I changed that to default one of the profiles, the problem persisted. The other unique aspect is there are multiple versions of office on the computer primarly to support multiple versions of Access apps. Not sure if that is what is confusing it. Any suggestions welcome.

Try doing a repair of Office installation 2003. If that's still problematic, try re-installing it.
Do you only use Outlook 2003 for the emails or is there another version of Outlook that you expect to be indexed
