Everytime I attempt to index my mailbox, I get an error Mailbox - (my name): could not open message store (MAPI 1.0 - The informations tore could not be opened.
Please help!!!

Are you using WDS on a work machine that is using Exchange 2001 If so, check out the following KB message. It might be advisable to have your administrator update Exchange.
